PROFILE
I am an artist: record producer, studio owner, photographer, writer, and multi-
instrumental musician. Since 2018, I have owned and operated my own recording studio,
Silverside Sound. Drums are my main instrument, with knowledge of guitar, bass, vocal,
and synthesizers to supplement my musical expressions. I have been involved in the
music industry professionally since 2016.
EXPERIENCE
Owner / Operator, Silverside Sound Recording Studio — 2018–Present
Founded commercial recording studio Silverside Sound in Cobble Hill, BC. Owner/
operator, record producer, audio engineer, private instructor and consultant.
Instructor, Recording Arts — Shawnigan Lake School — 2019-2020
Instructor of the Recording Arts after-school program. Responsible for teaching youth
age 14-18 the fundamentals of recording, mixing, and production at Shawnigan Lake
School’s state-of-the-art recording studio.
Front of House Sound Technician - Osborne Bay Pub / Freelance - 2018 - 2020
Sound mixing for live performance artists/musicians. Notable artists include: Valdy,
Daniel Wesley, Band of Rascals, P.J Perry, Russel Marsland and Harpdog Brown.
Freelance Musician — 2016 - Present
Drummer for ‘Anneda Duo,’ (2016-2018) regularly contracted by Siegal Entertainment.
Notable venues include: The Empress Hotel Victoria, The Fairmont Banff, and Shangi-La
Hotel Toronto. Performed at Canadian Music Week in 2016 and 2018. Drummer for Hail
the Void (2019-2021), signed to Ripple Records USA.

Lucas has become my gold standard for drum recordings, both as a session musician, but also as an engineer and drum tech. In addition to that, his beautiful studio facility, Silverside Sound, is among the best sounding live rooms that I’ve come across - perfectly complimenting Lucas’ musical ability and playing style.
Furthermore, Lucas and the studio have come to feel like a second home to me. The studio is fantastic. A large and beautiful space, incredibly inviting, and generously equipped. It’s a perfect place to create, and that’s before you bring up how picturesque the location is!
